Rajmudra Architects was involved in the conceptualization and landscape development of the Mahim Reti Bunder and garden precinct at Mahim Beach, under the ‘G North’ ward of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
Mahim is a high-footfall zone due to its proximity to prominent landmarks such as St. Michael’s Church and Makhdoom Shah Baba Dargah, making it essential to transform the area into a well-designed, accessible, and vibrant public space.
The primary objective of the project was to revitalize an underutilized and undesirable waterfront, turning it into a key urban destination by leveraging its panoramic views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the city skyline.
