Rajmudra Architects undertook the landscape development of Kamalini Kutir Resort, a serene destination located in Khariv near Velha, Pune, spread across an area of approximately 0.75 acres.
Nestled amidst the historic forts of Torna Fort and Rajgad Fort, and complemented by the tranquil presence of the Kanindi River, the site offers a naturally rich and scenic setting.
Originally established in 2003 as a modest setup, the resort underwent a significant transformation through landscape development in 2016. The key challenge was to create a large, immersive ambience within a limited site area, enhancing the overall experience without expanding the footprint.
