Rajmudra Architects is involved in the landscape development of River Touch Resort, a nature-centric hospitality project located in Mandavne, near Karjat in Raigad district.
Set along the banks of the serene Pej River, the site offers a unique natural advantage with a perennial water flow, influenced by the nearby Tata Bhivpuri Power Plant. Surrounded by forested areas, the project is designed to offer an immersive experience for nature lovers.
The landscape development has been planned and executed in phases since 2017, aligning with the project’s expansion and evolving requirements.
Design Approach
- Enhancing the riverfront as the central experiential element
- Creating seamless integration with natural surroundings and forest edges
- Developing recreational and leisure spaces including pool decks and play areas
- Designing functional zones such as administration, accommodation, and open pavilions
- Beautifying the riverbank with ghats and interactive edges
The project includes key features such as resort accommodations, swimming pool with deck area, play courts, open pavilions, and a thoughtfully designed riverfront.
